Do you provide quotes before starting work?+
For planned work we provide a written quotation covering the scope and inclusions. For fault finding and repairs, we explain the charging basis up front and confirm anything significant with you before continuing.
Do I legally need interconnected smoke alarms?+
Queensland requires interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms in all homes being sold, leased or re-leased, and in every domestic dwelling from 1 January 2027. We can assess what your property currently has and what it needs.
Can you install a circuit for an EV charger or a sauna?+
Yes. Both need a dedicated circuit sized to the equipment, with the right protection and isolation. We check the switchboard and supply capacity first, then quote the circuit before any equipment is installed.
Can you work with our body corporate committee or property manager?+
Yes. We are set up to quote, report and invoice in the way committees and property managers need, including scope descriptions and photos of the work carried out.
